It's not just "sensors see you so = occupied" because that wouldn't work very well. The system actually gradually add percentages of sensors or remove percentages of them as occupancy increases or decreases over time.

I'm using my Ecobee as the primary controller thermostat and have comfort settings configured for Daytime, Nighttime, etc. My desired behavior is that the Flair vents will open/close based on the ecobee remote sensor's temperature reading, regardless of whether the room is detected as occupied or unoccupied.
